The difference
Signature ends when we hand you a finished site you approved. Connected does not end there: changes through the engagement, guest workflows that do not fit a template, and priority when something needs doing this week rather than next.
Everything underneath
Every feature on the Signature page is in here — the RSVP, the private events, the travel and hotel details, the photo approval, the QR code, the couple dashboard. Connected is not a different product. It is the same product with us still on it.
Through the engagement
A venue changes the timing. A family group needs a rehearsal dinner page only they can see. Twenty guests have not replied and the caterer wants numbers. Those are the weeks Connected is for, and they are the weeks nobody budgets for.
Said plainly
Some of what Connected includes is a build commitment rather than something you can use today, and this page names which is which rather than ticking both the same way. Nothing in The Guestbook sends anything to your guests today — no email, no SMS, no announcements — and that is a deliberate choice rather than an outage.
Choosing honestly
It often is. The Story Concierge is allowed to tell you so, and will, if what you describe does not need us on it every week. A recommendation that can only ever point upward is not a recommendation.

Nothing in The Guestbook sends to your guests today. Announcements are recorded for you to see and act on, never delivered, and that is a deliberate choice rather than an outage — so we do not tick it as something you are buying.
It is not part of what you are paying for today, and we will not pretend otherwise.
These items are included in the price and are not available to use today. We complete the site features before you approve your site and pay the balance; the end-of-wedding keepsake comes after your wedding. We agree your wedding timeline with you at booking. If we fail to deliver work you paid for, we refund the undelivered portion under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Guestbook Care is optional on every package: the first 3 months are included, then $49 a month until you cancel. It is never ticked for you.
