Ella, your Guest Book memory concierge

Hi, I'm Ella.

The day goes so fast. The Guest Book is the place it lives on — your wedding website, built for you, and a guest book your guests actually use, so the notes and photos from the people you love stay with you.

The packages

  • Founding Signature — Signature at a founding price, unlocked by a concierge code.
  • Signature — $699: Everything a wedding website needs, built for you and handed over ready.
  • Connected — $1,099: Signature, plus we run it with you through the whole engagement.
  • Bespoke — $1,799+: A wedding site designed from nothing, for a wedding that is not like the others.

How it works

You choose a design you love and tell us about the two of you. We build it, you see it before anyone else does, and it doesn't go public until you say so.

What happens after you book

Two ways in, your choice. Talk to Jake first — pick a time, and he'll walk you through it on a short call. Or let Ella take care of it: book online ($350 booking & setup payment for Signature, the rest only when you approve your site), then one private page collects everything we need to build — your photos, names, venue, times and story, in as many sittings as you like.

The Guestbook by Turner Client Engine

Your wedding website, and a guest book your guests actually use.

One link does everything: the schedule, the travel, the registry, the RSVP — and a guest book where the people who came leave you a photo and a few words, in your wedding's own style. You approve every one before anyone sees it. What they leave becomes the gallery, and the gallery becomes the thing you keep.

Built for you — you do not assemble it. $699 total, $350 to book and the rest only when you have seen it and approved it.

What it is

A real wedding website

Schedule, venue and travel, hotel blocks, registry links, FAQ, and an RSVP that saves meals, dietary needs, plus-ones and your own questions.

A guest book that fills itself

A QR code on the table and a link in the invitation. Guests add a photo and a note from their phone. No app, no account, no sign-up.

Something to keep

Everything your guests left, in one place, in one style, still there long after the rented photo-booth prints have gone in a drawer.

How the guest book works

This is the part a normal wedding website does not do. A guest does not sign a page you will never read again — they leave something, and you decide what it looks like.

  1. 1

    A guest leaves a memory

They open your link, choose a photo, and write a caption. It comes out in your wedding's typeface and colours, not in whatever their phone did to it.

  2. 2

    You decide

Every memory waits for you. Say yes or say no — and nothing appears on your site until you do. You can change your mind either way, and when you take one down it really comes down.

  3. 3

    It becomes the keepsake

Approved memories join your gallery, so the page fills up with your wedding as it actually happened, told by the people who were there.

Included in every Signature build

  • End-of-wedding keepsake flow

These features are being completed and cannot be used today. They are part of the package you book: site features are delivered before you approve the site and pay the balance, and the keepsake follows your wedding. We agree your timeline with you at booking. If we fail to deliver paid work, the undelivered portion is refunded under our policy.

Why this is not a normal wedding website

A template store hands you a builder

You pick a theme, and then you spend three evenings filling in boxes and fighting the layout. Here, you send us what you have and we build it. You review it and tell us what to change. You only pay the rest once you are happy with it.

And it ends when the wedding does

A normal site is an invitation. This one keeps working on the day and after it — the guest book fills up while the reception is still going, and what it collects is yours.

What a guest does

Before the day

  • Opens the link from your invitation — their name is already on it
  • Replies for themselves and their plus-one, picks a meal, tells you about an allergy
  • Finds the hotel block, the parking, the shuttle and the dress code
  • Changes their mind later and replies again — the latest answer is the one that counts

On the day and after

  • Scans the QR code on the table — no app, no account, no password
  • Adds up to five photos and a caption
  • Confirms the photo is theirs to share, which we require and do not pre-tick
  • Is told plainly that you see it first

What you control

  • Meals, dietary needs and your own custom questions
  • Private event visibility — rehearsal dinner shows only to the people invited
  • Password protection
  • Your own couple dashboard
  • Your approval on every guest photo before anyone sees it
  • Uniform Mode — approve each guest's style, or put every photo in one wedding style

Nothing a guest uploads is public until you say so, and a takedown is a real deletion, not a hidden flag.

And what is included

  • Done-for-you setup — we build it, you review it
  • Fifteen design directions to choose from
  • RSVP with saved replies you can see any time
  • Plus-ones
  • Schedule

  • Registry and honeymoon-fund links
  • FAQ
  • Gallery
  • A printable QR code for signs and cards
  • Guest photo upload with captions
  • Gallery carousel
  • Slideshow
  • Guest-selected decorative backgrounds for photos guests send

What the demos look like

These are working wedding sites, not pictures of them. Open one and use it — the book opens, the schedule is real, the registry links work and the RSVP saves. Five directions are below; there are fifteen in all, and your wedding's information is identical in every one, so changing your mind later costs you nothing.

What it costs

Signature

$699 total

$350 to book, $349 when you approve it — before it goes public.

Everything a wedding website needs, built for you and handed over ready.

Book Signature

Have a concierge code? Ella, Camille and Sienna each have one. It unlocks the founding price on any package, and you enter it on the booking page.

Want us to run it with you through the whole engagement, or design something from nothing? Connected and Bespoke are quoted rather than booked here.

Compare all four packages

After the wedding, Guestbook Care keeps the site up, your photos available and your replies readable for $49 a month. The first 3 months are included and you can cancel it in one click.

Questions

How long does it take to build?
We start as soon as you book, and you see a real site to review before you pay the rest.
Can we change the design after we have chosen one?
Yes. All fifteen directions use the same information, so switching does not lose a single reply, photo or registry link.
Do our guests need an account?
No. They tap a link or scan a code. Nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.
Who owns the photos our guests upload?
They do. We ask each guest to confirm the photo is theirs to share and that you may show it on your site, and we do not use it for anything else.
What if we do not like a photo someone posted?
It was never public — nothing appears until you approve it. And anything already approved can be taken down for good.
Is the site private?
It can be password-protected, each guest gets their own private reply link, and a wedding site is never indexed by search engines.

Start with the demos

Open one, use it like a guest would, then come back. If it is the wedding you want, booking takes about two minutes.
