The Guestbook by Turner Client Engine — Terms of Service (version 2026-09-18)

1. What we do. We design, build and host a wedding website for you, using the package you chose
and the information you give us.

2. What you give us. You give us your wedding details, your guest list and any photos or text you
want on the site. You confirm you are allowed to give us those things — that the photos are yours
or you have permission to use them, and that the people on your guest list are people you know.

3. What stays yours. Your photos, your words and your guest list remain yours. We do not claim
ownership of them. We store and display them in order to run your wedding site, and for no other
purpose. We do not sell them, and we do not use your guests' details to market to them.

4. What we build. The package you bought lists what is included. Anything not on that list is
additional work and is quoted separately before it starts.

5. Approval and launch. We build your site and show it to you. Your site does not go public until
you have approved it and the balance of your package is paid.

6. Changes. During the build, changes within the scope of your package are included. After launch,
routine edits are included if you have Guestbook Care; without Care they are quoted.

7. Email to your guests. We never email your guests unless you have explicitly authorised it, and
even then only from a sender that identifies you. You can withdraw that authorisation at any time.

8. Third-party purchases. If you ask us to buy something on your behalf — a domain, a stock image,
a paid integration — we will tell you the cost first and get your approval. Once purchased, those
costs are not refundable.

9. If your wedding moves. If your wedding is postponed, tell us and your package moves to the new
date. You do not buy it again.

10. If something goes wrong. If we fail to deliver work you paid for, section 3 of the Refund and
Cancellation Policy says what happens.

11. Ending the agreement. You may cancel at any time. What you get back is governed by the Refund
and Cancellation Policy.

12. Colorado. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

13. These are our business terms in plain English. They are not legal advice.
