The Guestbook by Turner Client Engine — Privacy Policy (version 2026-09-18)

1. What we collect. From you: your name, email, phone, wedding date and the details you put on
your site. From your guests: the name you put on your guest list, and whatever they type into
their RSVP — attendance, meal choice, dietary needs, and answers to questions you asked.

2. Why we have it. To build and run your wedding website. That is the whole reason.

3. What we do not do. We do not sell your data or your guests' data. We do not use your guests'
details to market anything to them. We do not run facial recognition on any photo. We do not reuse
your photos in our own marketing without asking you first, separately, in writing.

4. Who can see it. Your site is visible to whoever has the link, unless you turn on password
protection — then only people with the password. Private events are visible only to the guests you
assigned them to. Each guest's RSVP link is their own and does not let them reply as anybody else.

5. Email. We email you about your booking. We do not email your guests unless you have explicitly
authorised it. If a guest opts out, they stay opted out for your wedding.

6. How long we keep it. For as long as your site is live, plus a reasonable period after the
wedding so you can download what you want. Ask us to delete it and we will.

7. Payments. Card details are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your card
number.

8. Getting a copy, or getting it deleted. Email us and ask. We will do it.

9. Contact. Reply to any email we have sent you.
