What it is
Your guests find the schedule, reply to the invitation, book their room and leave you a message with a photo attached — on their phone, without an app, without an account. Everything they send lands in one place that stays yours after the day.
Built for you
Tell us about your wedding and we build the site around it. You review it, we change what you want changed, and it goes public when you say so — not before. That is what done-for-you means here, and it is the whole of the package rather than an upgrade.
How guests use it
Print the QR code on your signs and cards. A guest scans it, sees your day, and can leave a photo and a note in about thirty seconds. Nothing they send appears anywhere until you have seen it and approved it.
Your choice, every time
A guest leaves a styled memory. You decide how it looks, or whether it appears at all. Approved memories become your gallery — and you can put every photo into one wedding style, or keep each guest's own.
Choosing a direction
Garden Romance is the direction on this page. There are fourteen more, all built on the same guest experience, so choosing a look never costs you a feature. The Story Concierge will narrow it to two or three from what you tell it about the day.
It is not part of what you are paying for today, and we will not pretend otherwise.
These items are included in the price and are not available to use today. We complete the site features before you approve your site and pay the balance; the end-of-wedding keepsake comes after your wedding. We agree your wedding timeline with you at booking. If we fail to deliver work you paid for, we refund the undelivered portion under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Guestbook Care is optional on every package: the first 3 months are included, then $49 a month until you cancel. It is never ticked for you.
I am the Story Concierge — an automated assistant, not a person. Everything I tell you about packages, prices and what is included comes straight from The Guestbook's real product records, and if I do not know something I will say so and pass you to a human rather than guess.

Yes — that is the package, not an add-on. You give us your wedding details, your guest list and any photos you want on it. We build it and show it to you. It does not go public until you approve it.

That is mostly how it gets used. No app and no account — a link or a QR code, and a guest can reply and leave a photo with a caption in under a minute.
Yes. Connected adds us running it with you through the whole engagement, and Bespoke is a design made from nothing. Both are a conversation rather than a checkout — ask the Story Concierge and it will tell you honestly whether you need either one.
Your package moves with it. You do not buy it again, and it is not treated as a cancellation. That is in the Terms, clause 9, not just a promise on a sales page.
