Guestbook Care — recurring billing terms

The Guestbook by Turner Client Engine — Guestbook Care recurring billing terms (version 2026-09-18)

1. What it is. Routine edits and support, hosting, keeping your photos and guest replies available,
and help managing your guest list.

2. What it is not. It is not unlimited custom development. A redesign or a new custom feature is
quoted separately.

3. What it costs. The first 3 months are included with your package at no
charge. After that it is $49 per month, charged monthly, until you cancel.

4. You are choosing this. Guestbook Care is optional on every package. It is never added for you,
and the box is never ticked on your behalf.

5. Cancelling. There is a cancel link in your confirmation email and on your booking page. One
click, no phone call, no email chain. Future charges stop immediately. We do not refund the month
already in progress unless we failed to deliver.

6. Your things stay yours. If you cancel Care, you do not lose your photos, your guest replies or
your memories. We will tell you what happens to hosting and give you a way to download everything.
