Ralph, in two minutes
Ralph is the assistant inside Apex Client Growth. This walkthrough is public, takes about two minutes, and needs nothing installed and no sign-up.
The order is the argument: learn the business, tighten what is already leaking, then go looking for work. A service worth a monthly fee earns it by fixing the leaks before it spends anything chasing traffic.
Because capture and conversion are scored on their own, you can see whether the problem is that not enough people find you or that the ones who already do aren't getting through -- before spending more on ads.
Once your enquiries are flowing through Apex, a silent check looks for the ones that came in and never got answered, follow-ups that went overdue, and missed calls that were never recovered -- and it stays completely quiet when there's nothing wrong.
Apex keeps running while you're on the job -- scheduled checks run in the background on their own, and every run is recorded, so an agent that stops shows up as stopped instead of quietly doing nothing.
When something genuinely needs your decision it becomes a dated action request you can see and clear -- not a notification that scrolls away.
Every figure in the walkthrough is labelled as example data. It demonstrates how the system works; it is not a report about anybody's business.
